Click on Internet Control’s icon with the COMMAND Key down and you will see a list of the helper applications that you have installed on your computer, along with their internet protocalls.
Click on Internet Control’s icon with the CONTROL Key down and you will see your current IP number and DNS host name. If you are using MacTCP, you will also see the Global MacTCP info here. (Note: Global Info is not yet supported when using OpenTransport)

If you hold down the CONTROL key while clicking on the ICC icon, the first item in the menu tells you if you are using MacTCP or OpenTransport networking software.
